Why doesn't Hollywood make Romance movies like Bed of Roses anymore.

This movie is a guilty pleasure for me but it got me thinking why does it feel like Hollywood doesn't make romance movies like this anymore. I think the world would be a better place if more movies like Bed of Roses existed today.
