Yes - It is out here in Holland both in retail (discount even) and Internet ordering shops. I wonder the Amazon button doesn't lighten up in the logo right top of screen on film page - does it mean there is no UK version of the DVD? I'll probably buy a copy soon and it has to be a Region 2 (Europe) then.
