He looks like a cross between Marlon Brando and George Washington.

I was actually thinking Brando and Thomas Jefferson, but Washington works.

Yes. Fallon even calls her Marlon Brando as she gets out of the car, if you recall that scene.

I think it was intentional that they made her up to look like Brando. It fits, esp with the kiss at the end. It was a famous thing that Brando kissed Larry King on the lips during his interview show once.
