Is this the only Horror movie based around a haunted doll house?

I THINK I saw it as a kid. All I can remember from watching it on tv: was that when something happened in the doll house, it happened in the real house. And the doll house wasn't inside the actual house, it was in a shed or garage or something.

So this is the film right?

It doesn't actually connect to the original Amittyville horror, right? It just didn't seem like a sequel. More like a stand alone tale about an evil dollhouse.
As a kid, I thought it was scary.
