'All Toons Go to Heaven' (Cartoon Crossover Parody)

I'm working on a "clipping project" (using clips from of different characters from different movies in different "All Dogs Go to Heaven" roles) for a YouTube project, "All TOONS Go to Heaven".

Here's who I have in the main roles:

* Dodger (from "Oliver & Company") as Charlie.
* Tito (from "Oliver & Company") as Itchy.
* Rita (from "Oliver & Company") as Sasha.
* The Horned King (from "The Black Cauldron") as Red.
* Trusty (from "Lady and the Tramp") as Red's Bloodhound form.
* Bill Sykes (from "Oliver & Company") as Carface.
* Cody (from "The Rescuers 2: Down Under") as David.
* The Blue Fairy (from "Pinocchio") as Annabelle.

Which toons should make cameos in some of the supporting roles? Thus far I have:
* Basil and Dawson (from "The Great Mouse Detective") as the two dogs (or in this case, toons) who say, "Sorry, you can't take that with you," to the heavenly newcomers.
* Timon (from "The Lion King") as the chihuahua who awaits his love (who is to be played by Pumbaa, here) at the Pearly Gates.
* Honest John Foulfellow (from "Pinocchio") as the M.C. at Sasha's lounge.

Several other toons I'm considering to have appear (though I have no idea which roles they should appear in) are:
* Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy.
* Spongebob Squarepants, along with the likes of Patrick (and possibly Squidward, too).
* Baloo and Mowgli (from "The Jungle Book").
* Dumbo, Mrs. Jumbo and Timothy Q. Mouse (from "Dumbo").
* Bambi, his mother, Thumper and (possibly) the Great Prince (from "Bambi").
* Lady and the Tramp, themselves.

And definitely a fair few more...

Now all that's left are David's dad, stepmom and the police officers, and I'm not exactly sure who should play them...Roger (from "101 Dalmatians") could be the dad, and the stepmom could be Princess Aurora (from "Sleeping Beauty")? Still unsure about the police officers, though...
