Similair Movies

I AM NOT SURE but I remember a movie i THINK it was french or maybe french canadian , i only remember so little but if anyone have any info you can post it,

its some criminals in a bar or a basement or something I THINK THEY WERE SURROUNDED OR TRAPPED FOR SOME REASON.... anyway i remember one scene i guess in the end that was special one of the criminals (i THINK he had long hair) opening a door and there is FULL of swat members i think they also wore gasmaskes anyway and he gets hit by bullets , i dont know if this was a black/noir comedy or action but i do remember it was similar to albino alligator and the style of the movie reminded something of luc besson or quentin tarantino or robert rodriguez

if you know any movie whit a scene of a criminal opening a door and alot of swat members sitting outside and waiting and then shoot him whit all their rounds you can tell me
