Anyone who was interested

in this flick should see the original version made in 1950 titled "Dial 1119". Ithas basically the same story, but uses far less filagree to tell it. Alligator gets lost in its morass of verbiage and loses dramatic tension. The original, though, is clearer headed and though dated shows what today is a story that happens everyday. I'll take the original over this one even though it doesn't have the high powered cast of "Albino".
