That would be wonderful. But unfortunately, it would be doubtful since the series ended in 2001. The series ended in 1939, so it would be interesting to see the characters ten years later in 1949... World War II would have changed their lives greatly, though, so it might be too sad.

Wow in 1949 Violet would be 21, Zach would be 14, Hub would be 29 and Fat would be 27.

It would be interesting to see something that takes place right at the tail end of WW2. It's been awhile since anyone has referenced WW2 in tv or film, I suppose it was kind of everywhere in the 80s and 90s. I could imagine Fat being a spy or working for intel and Hub working for underground movements in Europe.
