EVERYBODY READ THIS!!!!!

Has anybody else noticed a subtle, but noticeable, out-of-synchness? It seems that the character says the words and then you see their mouths move. It's really weird. Such a shame, for such a good movie and I paid nine bucks for the DVD too.

Funny the first time I saw it on WE it was out of synch. But I am now looking at it and it is not. Maybe they corrected it. But are you saying that it is like that on DVD?

reply

Yeah it was, so I returned it to FYE.

Hey, yeah, mine did the same thing. I found it in a sales bin at Walmart, and almost started bouncing up and down, because I had seen part of it on the Lifetime channel a few years before and I liked all the different stories being told in one movie. It was $5.99 so I bought it, and the one scene in the dining room with Mrs. Paradine (Isabella), Mr. Park, Molly Brown, &etc. was really screwed up. Everyone's mouth was moving before the actual words came out/vice versa. I was starting to get mad, thinking the movie had only been so cheap because it had disc errors on it, but after Mr. Park stops Isabella on the stairs, the movie returned to normal.
It's very strange that all of us should be having the same problem. Do you suppose they mass-shipped these dvd's out without knowing about the errors on it? Very peculiar.

Sincerely all,
Miss Jennifer J.

Our movies do that lots of times. I think it's our DVD player. Usually, if you pause it and then play again it corrects itself.
