The lengths they went to hide...


I saw re-runs of this shows in the early 2000's as a pre-teen. I couldn't get over the lengths they went to hide Michael J Fox's Parkinson's tremors. Camera tricks, props, having him hide behind a big desk and putting his hands out of view - they did it all. It was just unintentionally hilarious in a very train wreck kind of way. Just unforgettable.

I never noticed at the time, but watching it now he's really twitching a lot and hiding his left hand.

I'm Goodbye Part 1, he's really shaking and twitching. Not surprised he felt he was unable to continue acting at that point.

I don't think it's hilarious though.
