Insult to the actors prenteding james nikki and janelle never existed

I am sure they could have tried to explain their departure. I think it would been neat seeing charlie interact with awkward james teaching to pick girls. Not explaining their depaturre is like slap in the fact to actors not acknowledged their 4 years of the show. it is hard ot ignore these characters they formed integral part of show even had episodses revolves around them. nikkie was the main character fox love interest how dare they ignore that. i feel like the producers where upset those actors where leaving so acted like they never exist as insult to them . giving them silent treatmen m

Charlie gets the blame for the shows downfall, but these characters were very important to the show. MJF wouldn't have done any better

forget charlie or michael. I know other shows have not explained characters disappearance before but those where minor character like richies brother or al bundys co worker in shoe store luke. Those 3 character where huge. One of them was even main character love interest. it saying those character 4 year contribution ment nothing it is slap in the face to fans who loved the 4 years

For me, it's not that they exited without reasons, it's that so many of them exited without reason. 1 you can get away with, 2 is pushing it. Definitely NOT 3.

I found it strange myself. Before I saw the show in syndication people warned that the show dipped in quality when MJF left - nobody told me half the cast vanished with him in the transition. Not even the slightest acknowledgement from the show about how the mayor's workforce got cut in half. The office always felt a little empty to me after that.

I think Stacey disappeared without an explanation too, in the middle of a two-parter connecting seasons in a span of time where it made no sense for her to vanish even if they tried to explain it.
