Oh OK now I know where I've seen Constant Bradley before -- he played Ricki Lake's Love Interest in Babycakes

He was also in A River Runs Through It and many other movies. He played on One Tree Hill for awhile too.

I think of him as Hardy Jenns from Some Kind of Wonderful with Mary Stewart Masterson and Lea Thompson and Eric Stoltz.
