'Ha! Fooled ya!'

Rosie once had a guest who told a story and ended it with this phrase. I think it may have been Chris Kattan, he may have been impersonating Jackie Chan, or I'm wrong on both counts. All I can remember is someone going "Ha! Food ya!" Does anyone remember this? Who was the guest? It's bugging me so much!
