Proof of 14th episode existence?

Since the DVD release I've been updating the series' entry. (Crazy Credits in particular)

Is there tangible proof of the 14th episode? I feel it should be deleted, especially since it was never released to the public.

I don't think so. This seems to have become a minor problem not just on this show. Whoever was writing up some of the stuff about show's with unfinished episodes and terming them "unaired", which is unfair. If they never freaking finished it, there's nothing "to air" or "to put on dvd"

Chances are someone probably came upon unfinished parts or maybe even just script notes and snowballed it into a whole "lost episode". I'd only include it as trivia at best that "it could have been based on "x" claim" or something like that if not omitting it entirely.
