This mini-series is coming out on DVD in Britain around April 2008 (www.acornmediauk.com; www.amazon.co.uk), to answer the question put by one of the reviewers.

Only now realised it is out! Strolling around HMV and picked it up for £20... was amazed it was there! But pleased!
