Specific episode Has to do with zombies

I'm looking for the episode where they take on a bunch of very non george romero zombies and they try and convert that one girl by making her drink the blood of their leader I do remember somthing about a recond being used to decapitate them I know it's not the undead I tink it was not a season one episode because it was a full episode and not half the episode
