I hate her too.
She annoyed me a bit, and I hated that whole John-Angel 'thing'...but I think she was supposed to be a bit annoying, mainly because a lot of the time she was annoyed at her life because of Sam. Although she signed on for it, so...shut up and deal was my feeling. I liked her though. I liked the female relationship outside of work for Sam, and the attention she gave to Chloe that Sam couldn't always give her.

It was hard for me to single her out since I really didn't care for anyone in the show. I recently finished watching The Pretender, and Cracker -- both for the first time -- in marathon fashion so it was logical to marathon Profiler. I think the entire series -- not just seasons 3 & 4 -- is pretty lame. It had none of the novelty/intelligence of The Pretender and none of the gutsy drama and insight of Cracker. I don't see what all the buzz is about this show.
