Movie--is it worth the watch?

So I only just found out they made movie sequels to the show. Are they worth watching? I loved this show when it was on, and I hated how it ended on a huge cliff hanger.

I'm hesitant, because movie sequels tend not to be the greatest, and also if I were to watch the movies, I'd have to rewatch all of the episodes, and I've got the feeling they wouldn't be near as good as I remember (plus there's that little problem of "time"). I mean, I was six years old when the show started, ten when it went off the air.

But it would be nice to have some resolution to the storyline (given, at this point, I don't remember all of the intricacies of the plot, but still). Do the movies offer any resolution?

I enjoy the movies. They don't offer much closure, and raise more questions. They are a fun add on to the show.

I would recommend.

The movies are very low budget and don't provide many answers but they're enjoyable enough and Isle of the Haunted offers some food for thought concerning the history of the Centre and the Parker family.
