It's obvious that he fantasized about it, and she took a liking to his daughter. They even did an episode where Broots day dreams about being with her. I say screw Jared. They should have put them together, the introverted computer nerd with the hot as hell bitchy, chain smoking, gun toting babe.

shareI liked Broots and I thought they might, at one time, at least a fling but... I don't know if he could have handled her but I'm sure he would have loved trying... A short romance would have been hilarious, in my opinion...

I'm glad they never got together. The sexual tension Broots feels when he's around Miss Parker is part of the reason why the relationship works. There's a tremendous underlying respect they have for each other, although he abhors her methodology, and she takes every opportunity to cut him down.

No they don't. There's an episode in one of the later seasons where it appears they got together but it was a wacky dream sequence or something similar, it never really happened.

That is absolutely the most hilarious thing in the whole series!!!! You havent lived till you see Ole Squeaky Wheels himself pop into the honeymoon suite of Broots and Parker, drop his bathrobe and wiggle across the room in nothing but a leopard print bikini, shoes and old man garters!! :-)
