Never did, came very close once, but by end of 2nd movie it's strongly implied they will.
But given so many years have passed we'll never find out now would we.

edit-oops, i forgot. Jarod's and Parker's real father is Raines. Old man Parker wasnt able to have kids, so he had his biological fraternal twin sire them at NuGenisis. There are two hints of this in the shows.
