They keep chasing Jarod, trying to 'recapture' him. By what right? Is he a convicted felon? Do they own him? Has he agreed to some term of indentured servitude? Is he a minor? If none of the above, what gives them the right to 'capture' him? I don't understand why he doesn't just blow them away. Maybe the "Centre" should just go back to treating sewage.
