shareBased on seeing young Jarod and young Miss Parker in the various flashbacks, it seems obvious that Jarod is older.
I'm currently re-watching the series on DVD. In the third season finale, Jarod's clone is said to be 14 years old. After Miss Parker has talked to the clone, she tells Sydney that looking at him made her feel like she was 11 years old again. So I think we can take that to mean that, roughly, Jarod is at least a few years older than Miss Parker.
Of course, I don't think we ever learn their exact ages. In a second season episode, Broots stats that nobody knows when Jarod was actually born. Granted, I still have the fourth season and movies to re-watch, but that's what I've been able to extrapolate. And from memory, I don't recall there being much more in the way of details regarding their ages.
From what I can figure out, Jarod was, let's say "acquired" by the Centre in 1963. On the first recorded disk of him, he looks to be about 4-5 years old. Long story short (too late! I can hear some of you thinking), since he's been at the Centre for 30 years, he should be about 35 years old in 1996.
