These Powers Never Got destroyed

I have something to say. All though the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers will forever be my favorite era of Power Rangers, their powers and zords were destroyed a few times.

MMPR Season 1: Zords were almost destroyed a few times
MMPR Season 2: Dino Zords frozen, evolved into Thunderzord
MMPR Season 3: Thunderzords destroyed. Ninja Power coins destroyed in the seasons end

Zeo: Powers were never shown to have been destroyed. Zeo Zords were never badly defeated to the point were they could never be used again.

There is no honest explanation to why Zeo Rangers retired these powers. The zords were never defeated badly, their powers were never destroyed.

The Turbo upgrade was defeated and they were supposed to be the powerful zords.

Also why didn't Tommy use his Zeo Morpher when he was captured by Mesogog before becoming the Black Ranger. The morpher obviously worked in Forever REd.

Also Adam used a broken black mastadon coin instead of his Zeo Morpher in Always a Chance.

I would asume they did that for the sake of having two black rangers, and Carlos was a black ranger.

Also in Once a ranger they couldn't have two green rangers, technically there were three since Bridge was a Green Ranger at one point.

anyways the series has contradictions that can never be answered but I still love the show to death.

Well, the Zeo Powers were upgraded by the Turbo ones, I guess it was like a fusion. So, when the Turbo Powers were destroyed the Zeo ones were also.
But even if they were separate powers, the Zeo ones were probably destroyed along with the Power Chamber.

Anyways it's all speculation since many things were never explained.

Yet you had TJ and Tommy fighting side by side in their morphed forms as the Red Turbo and Red Zeo Ranger in the Forver Red.
The Red Zeo Ranger was seen in Tommy's dream while he was in a coma due to the fact he still bears the burden of these powers. Red Turbo was not scene, meaning their burden was passed onto TJ.

Yes. And Jason passed his MM powers to Rocky, still he morphed as MM Red Ranger. And if Rocky was there he would've been the Red Ninja Ranger and those powers were destroyed as well (just like the Turbo ones).

There are many things that are unexplained. I guess that all of our explanations are just speculation tho.

FOrever Red was just there as a fun episode so I suggest taking it with a grain of salt, although I personally didn't like the epsiode at all.

No, the Zeo powers were not destroyed, and they weren't fused either because they came from crystals that each of the rangers had on them at the time of the Turbo powers' creation (which was totally random as they essencially pulled them out of their ass). They were basicly just swept under the carpet despite the alleged immense power the Zeo crystals have.

I'd love to see them actualy aknowlage this and go back, but the fact of the matter is that Power Rangers flat out sucks now, Zeo was the last really good one and it all kinda ended with Space; I stopped after Lost Galaxy and Dino Thunder stands as the only decent series to come post (I have not seen Time Force).

I don't think the theory of Rocky using the Red Ninja powers would have worked because One: His Ninja Ape coin was destroyed by Rita and Zedd and Two: The Ninja Ranger powers were only one step up from being unmorphed and a step down from being fully morphed as these powers were only used to fight Tenga Warriors and not much stronger monsters. Obviously the reason why Jason was still able to use his od Tyrannosaurus coin was because his, Zack and Trini's old powers were replicated for him, Adam and Aisha after Tommy used the Sword of Light to transfer their powers over to them.

I always believed that during the power transfer, Rocky, Adam, and Aisha got copies of the origional coins, because we saw Jason, Zack, and Trini still morphed w/ their coins, so I think Jason's coin was always functional, but because he wasn't an active ranger, he knew it wouldn't be right to use it.

If Rocky had been in Forever Red, he would have used the Ape Power Coin, but have morphed into the same suit as Jason(because Forever Red was a fun episode they could have easily come up w/ a quick explanation as to why Rocky got his coin back). No point not to cause he did have the same suit as Jason, and would have been cool to them working together as both Red Rangers.

Now because Tommy still had his morpher, it shows that the Zeo rangers still have their morphers, but I don't think they were functional after the switch to Turbo. The Zeo powers were powered by the Zeo Crystals, so it's safe to assume that the Zeo Crystals were used to power the Turbo Morphers, thus making the Zeonizers powerless. Because Tommy made the morphers in Dino Thunder, I believe that he was able to find a power source to re-power his Zeonizer in Forever Red.

Here is a link to the Power Rangers wiki, which has an article on the Morphing Grid:http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Morphing_Grid.

My theory on how the Rangers got their respective powers back and why certain ones couldn't be used again, keep in mind this is all just speculation on my part...

Jason as the Mighty Morphin' Original Red Ranger: Jason was given back the original cracked Morpher by Rocky either at the end of Zeo when he leaves or at the climax of the Turbo movie when he again departs, as a sign of respect and inner peace between the two. Having no genuine use for it, he sends it Tommy's way to hold on to until one day years into the future, Tommy and Haley are able to repair it and send it back to him with an invitation to help in the "Forever Red" conflict. I personally like to think that once the powers transferred to the replacement Rangers in Season 2, the 'first' original Morphers vanished with those originations of the powers once Jason, Zack, and Trini were teleported away, hence Adam still having partial access to his own original Black Ranger power in "Always a Chance" in implying Zack doesn't.

Tommy as Zeo Ranger V -- Red: I'm of the belief that the Zeo Ranger powers were used/sourced in creation of the Turbo powers and zords, hence why Rocky doesn't just stay on the Turbo team with his Zeo Ranger III -- Blue powers and why Adam doesn't opt for his Zeo Ranger IV -- Green powers in "Always a Chance", while it's alluded far later in "Once a Ranger" that he was indeed powerless prior to his original Black power being fully restored. From my point of view, Tommy and Haley were able to work out 'the kinks' of how to pull off a power for him, managing to get at least one more morph before his Zeo connection to the Morphing Grid went away forever. He may have still had vague-very-limited connections to his Green (the power going back in time with his ancestor, seeing it again during Christmas '94) and original White incarnations, but Red Zeo Ranger was the safest and best option.

T.J. as Red Turbo Ranger: Sure the Turbo powers were gone at the end of that titular season, but as shown in "True Blue to the Rescue", certain Ranger powers could be re-gained in relation to the vehicles manned by the counterpart colors. In Justin's case for that ep of In Space, it was Storm Blaster, giving him back his Blue Turbo Ranger powers. With getting back Lightning Cruiser as well, all indications seem to be after the universal war, T.J. has now regained his Red Turbo powers with that vehicle on top of his Blue Space Ranger powers. Since the particular battle in "Forever Red" was about uniting as many prior Red Rangers as possible, he set aside his Blue Space Ranger form and shifted back into gear with his Red Turbo Ranger self.

Of course Andros, Leo, Carter, Wes, and Eric still had optional uses of their respective Red Ranger powers, it was just the prior Red Rangers that each had their own issues. In the case of Rocky, going by my theory that he gave Jason back the original Red Ranger morpher, he simply doesn't have access to any powers anymore. Already with Zeo Ranger III -- Blue gone, the Mighty Morphin' Ninja Red Ranger is just as destroyed as the Mighty Morrphin' Original Red Ranger, given those newer Power Coins were reduced to ash. The sad fact is he was simply too powerless and too irrelevant for the mission at hand.

The Turbo powers were just an upgrade of the Zeo powers. If you look at their helmets, you can still see the Zeo shape parts on the black parts.
