how come Lord Zedd and Rita where no where to be seen?? and The Machine Empire too. I mean Lord ZEdd and Rita said "We're back" at the end of Zeo and NOTHING EVER COMES OF IT! and King Mondo at the end was yelling you havent heard the last of us, and we never saw them too.

Rita could've told Divatox to run because she didn't want anybody else butting in on her turf, after they'd worked so hard to get rid of Mondo. Really, all there is here is fan speculation. There is no official answer to these questions. Just another reason Turbo sucked.

None of them are the most likely. It's all just opinionated. Personally, I go with #2 and possibly #3 as well, but that's just me.

No Dark Specter telling them to stand down was option one. When I said something happening offscreen, I meant Zedd's forces having one or more unsuccessful battles against the Zeo Rangers, that caused Zedd to back down(maybe temporarily, maybe for good).

shareJust that Mondo was swearing revenge, and would return. And he likely would have, had he not been summoned to that meeting. Remember, it would take time to rebuild the Royal House of Gadgetry, so it makes sense that they weren't around for Turbo.
shareThe transition from Zeo to Turbo bugged me because they never actually explained why the Zeo powers were no longer sufficient.
I understand that they had to start using Carranger footage, necessitating the change in suits and all, but in-universe they didn't explain it well.
