I think it's more stupid that some conspiracy-nut can listen in on an encrypted UHF frequency used by commercial airlines.

Besides:
1. Einstein was not even a german (he came from Switzerland and emigrated to USA to escape the Nazis)
2. Commercial airlines do NOT use encrypted comms. :-)
