Does it get better?

I had heard that this was one of the funniest shows of all time so I watched the first two episodes and I wasn't impressed at all. I didn't hate it or anything, but I didn't think it was that funny. The jokes were very predictable. Is this one of those shows that has a rocky start but gets better or is this a case of people liking a show when they were younger and remembering it being better than it actually is? For the record, I generally enjoy Canadian humor but I thought this show was kind of flat.

It was a pretty seminal show, so a lot of the style has become widespread. It was a lot newer and more groundbreaking in its day.

I'd say to keep watching, but considering the date of your post, you either already have or aren't too likely to.
