Odd Question regarding movie art

Hi... I have an odd question and I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction to the answer.

On the movie art for Neverwhere, as well as the cover for the DVD release there is a symbol drawn behind the raised fist graphic. Does anyone know what this symbol is, or what it's supposed to represent, either in the Neverwhere universe, or in real life? Do you know of any other places where this symbol has been used before?

Hoping our collective intertube minds can find a solution to this puzzle... :)

Well, I'm looking at the box right now. Not sure if you're talking about the scratchy grid in the upper right corner (no idea what that is) or the thing that is drawn around the NeverWhere text. (which by the way is in front of the fist graphic)

The thing near the text looks like an upside down protractor with an arrow pointing down. I have no idea. Maybe it's just supposed to look cool.

Hey

If you mean the main symbol in which the word Neverwhere is in the centre, that's got to be the London Underground symbol, with an arrow striking through it. I'm assuming that it's to represent London Below, what with most of London Below being part of the underground network.
