Loved the comic book, but..

I read the comic book adaptation, and I absolutely LOVED it. So I decided I''d give the show a chance. However, as I was watching it I felt as if I was just watching a bunch of mentally-ill people wandering around in the sewers.

Did anyone else feel like this? Or am I the only one?

Yeah, it was kind-of like watching 'The Fisher King' drained of all wonder & excitement.
