what has happened to this show?

after watching the additional 'lost' episode to end this season, I've realised that this show needs a new permanent host.

This show has always been about banter and some of the guest hosts have looked very uncomfortable in hosting a show, concentrating too much on reading from the autocue and moving things along than actually engaging and having banter with the guests. Simon and Mark were very natural at this...
