Nickname for Bettina

Nash and Joe had a nickname for the bumbling Rick Bettina, but I can't remember what it was. They put it on the back of his jacket without his knowledge. Does anyone remember what it was? I think it started with a 'p' and was sort of like POTUS, but it obviously wasn't that.

He was the "Director of Police Investigations" and Joe referred to it as "DOPEY" and he even had that spray painted across Bettina's chair and that's how it got on his jacket.
