That's the thing I NEVER got when I watched the show. And my question NOW, was it too DIVERSIFIED for audiences? Hmmmm? Replace fun and savvy Cindy for kind of dorky Angie and replace platonic Noah with a potential love interest, why? The show was fine the way it was, it had a great formula, a perfect chemistry between Shelby and her two original friends.

That's true, Kablaam! was always overshadowed by the more 'typical' Nicktoons, even though we never watched any of those.
