By far the most priceless part of an episode of "Muppets tonight" was the one where Gonzo started firing the "Fine young Cannonballs" to the 1812 overture by Tchaikovsky.
(This is one of the very few episodes I could catch)

shareEleph-ino was my favorite part of an episode. I loved the audience reaction and Pepe trying to explain it. My favorite episode, as a whole, was definitely the Garth Brooks one. How funny was he? Kicking chickens off the roof, imitating Tom Jones, walking through the background as Madame Butterfly - priceless!
