IDW and writer Joe Harris (also writing the X-Files Season 10 comics) are putting out a 5-issue Millennium comics over the first half of 2015:

Great news! I really wish they would have separated it from The X-Files though. I don’t see the point of Frank Black working with Mulder and Scully. Millennium was really different in tone, now it’s basically just becoming another chapter in The X-Files.
