Yeah, whatever windtar. This show wasn't your taste that's all you had to say.

But me personally, I've loved this show since I was 13-years old. I remember the day like it was yesterday, the day it premiered on the WB on August 28, 1996.

This show was a vehicle for his career. Because if the Jamie Foxx show didn't make it, who knows if he would have ever won that Oscar in 2004 (he was also nominated for best supporting actor that year for Collateral) or had the career he had post-The Jamie Foxx Show.

I'm glad he did ham it up on TJFS because who knows if he would have gotten another shot to have his own TV show or a chance at movie stardom.


Comedians don't just automatically transitions into movies, they have to have a buffer project like a TV show.
