Episode aired out of order?

I'm watching the DVD and am on the episode "The Defection of Hawkeye". When Rhodey is interrogating Hawkeye after he's recovered from his hypnosis, he mentions about a duplicate Iron Man spreading a plague, even showing scenes from that. But that's not until the next episodes "Iron Man to the Second Power" Parts 1 & 2.

Was that a mistake in original air times?
