another show i liked was (i cant remember what it was called) about 2 best friends idk i think one was blonde and one had dark hair the one with dark hair like owned a store or something...yeah i know i really do a really good job discribing but if u know what that show was called i'd appreciate a reply

Any chance the store you're thinking of is the Hernandez's bodega from "Ghost Writer"? That was one of my favorite shows in the early '90s.
