CAN SOME ONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION

Anybody remember the character Ryan who was Ellen Fishers boyfriend. In the episode Fright Night he got knocked out or something. That was the episode that Tucker and Miles were playing those pranks on Horace {Tucker's little brother} and on Becca, christine and Maxine. All I remeber was the girl's trying to get into the house because the door was locked and the boys were in the basement making scary noises and Ellen came downstairs and then Ryan showed up and she hit him causing him to lose conscousness. I think she hit him twice, but my question is why.
