The Last Untouchable

Has anyone realized that the storyline in Season 3, Episode 13 The Last Untouchable is incorrect when it says "Gary gets in the middle of a feud between a former Untouchable who was just released from prison and a retired T-Man who helped put him away."
The one who got out of prison was the last of Al Capone's lieutenants not an untouchable. The T-Man was the former Untouchable. The Untouchables were a group of eleven U.S. federal law-enforcement agents, led by Eliot Ness, who, from 1929 to 1931, worked to end Al Capone's illegal activities by aggressively enforcing Prohibition laws against Capone and his organization. In their conduct, they became legendary for being fearless and incorruptible, earning the nickname "Untouchables".
