Lingering Mysteries

1. What's the deal with "Frenchie"? He's obviously closely connected to the Quinn family as well as his old partner, Tim. He reference's knowing both of Cameron Quinn's parents including talking to his mom on the phone.

Also how much does he know? In "Every Picture Tells a Story" he was waiting in the shadow's in Quinn's apartment and killed that cop. What was he doing there? Heck, when quinn asked him that he evaded answering the question; "You've got to trust someone in this world Cam. I'd start with the person who saved your life."

And the key! In the pilot he says; "Did you find the key?" Quinn replied; "What key would that be?" prompting Frenchie to say he was talking to a member of his casino's staff but when Quinn leaves it's obvious that he wasn't.

2. What happened to Teresa Conners? Was it child abuse? Did Quinn know? If it was child abuse could whoever abused her be Layla's father?
