What do you think of California seperating?

If the rational population, most of whom reside inland, could separate from the coastal elite leftists and "free stuff" POC voters, there might be some hope of rebooting civilization, at least in the other parts of the state.

If I lived in California, I would be in favor of it. Being so large weakens the state politically. California has one senator per 20 million people. Some states have a senator for every 500,000. They state gets less influence in the electoral college. I’ve spoke to several people from New Hampshire and Alaska who personally know their senators and governor. In places like New York and California the politicians are completely separated from the common people.
