I think that it was an episode of Clueless? Cher? and some dude run away because their dads are chip rivals and don't want them to be together. At the end they put the chips together and the dads find them and eat the chips and decide to be friends. Is this an episode or not?

Yes it is. It follows a Romeo & Juliet format, except of course they don't die at the end. and when she is able to go out with him she finds out they don't have much chemistry together so they stay friends.
