Hi there, I remember vaguely that ther was one Casper episode with ghost versions of Mulder & Scully (I don't know if they had these names) Does anybody know something about this? Does anybody happen to know the voice actors? There were not spoke by Anderson and Duchovny, AFAIK.

Hey, I'm not sure if you already found the info you're looking for, but I definitely remember that episode happening. According to one site they were trying to figure out why everyone was disappearing. But that's probably not a surprise. The name of the particular segment is "Y files" but its shown as Dead of the Class /A Spooky and Poil Moment/Y files, on most sites.
I'm not sure who voiced it, to my young ears they sounded just like them. Someone would have to watch the ep and see if its in the credits. They did voice a few cartoons for Mulder and Scully, maybe IMDb just doesn't have it listed. What is AFAIK?

I know that the actress who voiced Scully on that episode (Or at least I think) was Heidi Shannon, who might be best known to some as the voice of Peggy Brandt on The Mask: The Animated Series.
