CATHERINE HICKS Down for Reunion Show BUT ONLY IF THE PASTOR'S DEAD!

"7th Heaven" star Catherine Hicks had a slip of the tongue that revealed exactly how she feels about her former co-star, Stephen Collins, these days.
We caught up with Catherine and asked if we'll ever see a reboot of the show, a la "Fuller House." Check out the vid ... Catherine -- who played Collins' wife -- has big plans for his character, Rev. Camden.

Just a guess, but her vision for the opening scene probably has a lot to do with Collins confessing to child molestation.

Yeah, I think everyone pretty much figured if anything ever happened in regards to a reunion project that Eric would have to have died or be recast and I think most would rather the character die then be recast.

Most likely eric woukd be killed off as dying from a heart attack. Sarah most likeky be written out as well since sarah madison passed away. I dont blame the cast from distancing themselves from stephen even though they were all rather close. I could imagine annie attempting to start over and becoming a sort of motivational speaker after eric death. Lucy is now provbably full pastor after her fathers death. Matt deals with being a single father after sarahs death.

Yeah, they would probably have mentioned that he’d passed a few years ago. I had thought a reunion could be about the kids coming back for his funeral but in that scenario, one would expect to see a photo of Eric and or even flashbacks from the series. I could see Annie being a motivational speaker too.
