I really want to see this movie as it is the inspiration of the naming one of my favorite bands and I'm surprised there were barely any posts here because of this fact.

that's the same reason my friend bought the movie, and why i am borrowing it for the moment. it's a great film, and thank god for the band, b/c without that, we would've never heard of this movie. you should really consider purchasing this movie, it's hard to get a hold of, my friend ended up ordering it from hong kong, i also hear that it's banned in china, and the only place you can really get it is hong kong. it's on amazon.com mostly on VHS though...

Xiu Xiu is huge in indie...
And rightfully so, theyre *beep* incredible.

My girlfriend put "fabulous muscles" on a mixtape for me when we first started going out. She suggested we rent it for that reason and it touched us both. I had actually seen parts of it on showcase in probably 2005, and thought it sounded familiar when she explained it to me but I'm glad I know what it was now, that I had seen. It's Probably the best film I've seen this year.
