... I noticed on a page that the Wing Commander III 3DO version has the best quality of cutscenes you can get for the game.
Anyone know if these 3DO ¨discs¨ can be read in a PC CDROM?

Yes they can be read in a cd-rom however you need special software to rip the files to your harddrive
