While You Were Sleeping plot synopsis - Middle-class and alone Lucy meets Peter at a train station. She saves his life, but he ends up in a coma. Peter's family believe she is his fiancée whom they've never met. All the while she never says anything because she "falls in love" with them all. In the mean time, she also falls in love with Peter's brother, Jack. It's finally revealed to the entire lot, at Lucy's wedding, that Lucy is not who she says she is. However, all is forgiven and Lucy and Jack live happily ever after.
