DVD here!

I first saw this flick in 1996 or 1997 when it premeired on Showtime as part of their Roger Corman Presents show. It was a bit different for that show (which dealt mostly in gory horror and titty flciks) but it entertained the hell out of me and stayed with me for many days (especially since my Father is a doctor).

I beleive New Horizon Video (Roger Corman’s lable) in 2003 toyed with the idea and even sent ordering information to places like Best Buy, Suncoast (which is now defunct), and Amazon.com for DVDs of most of the Roger Corman Presents series.
However, sadly, it looks like the DVDs were pulled from release before they were even shipped out.

Apparentally, however, this movie is available on DVD through Amazon.com.de (Germany) but they changed the title to "A BULLET IN THE DARK" and shaved about ten minutes off of it. Also, I think it might be dubbed over in German.

There is, however, an alternative: sellers from the UK are selling this title on eBay from Sweden. Apparentally, their copies (they say they are official) have Swedish subtitles and are uncut and region 2/PAL.

I have an all-region player, so I plan to pick one up.

Other than that you can buy New Horizon's VHS release of the flick, brand new, off half.com for about $2.
