The foreign song in the background

Does anyone know the background song which is played while the family is talking about Steve quitting the band (they have just seen the anniverasy video)? The time is more or less 00.59 -01.00. Please help me! I've been looking for this song for ages. I did love it when I was a kid and I almost jumped when I heard it in that movie! Maybe this time I'll be lucky and get the title.
