What a tramp! I'm glad the writers made her out to be the bad guy. I had to roll my eyes since it came across as kind of a typical (and maybe unintentionally humorous) line from a woman caught cheating.

She did Reeves' character a favor by getting an annulment, however it's clear she wanted to end her marriage (I guess it's understandable) long before her husband returned. She wasn't worth it, though.

Messing was a total golddigger She saw Paul as a financial meal ticket and when she learned he would not do what she wanted, she dumped him. If I had a woman do that to me she would not be my friend. He was lucky to end up with Victoria who offered everything ( starting with love and honor ( looks as well)) that Messing could never bring to the table.
