so violent!
and bloody and stuff!
shareIt is violent, bloodier than I remembered - and better too. I have been watching some lower-class old favourites these past few days, films that appealed to me as a kid (Fist Fighter, Dragon Fire, Steel Dawn, Accidents; you may have to look them up), and this one holds up better than most. The plot is a little bit choppy, but it almost works well as a series of recollections put together. Engaging throughout, this is one I'll go back to, for sure.

If you know: How does this film compare to the 2013 History Channel TV series "Vikings"? Which one comes across more realistic? Which one is more historically accurate?
Thanks.

Not really a fair comparison at all. Viking Sagas is a low budget 90s film, Vikings is a high budget modern tv show made for a casual audience pretending to be realistic.
